CHI Microinsurance Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc. It was established in 2019 and is fully licensed by NAICOM to provide affordable insurance products that will protect low-income earners against specific perils for regular premium payment, proportionate to the likelihood and cost of the risks involved. With an authorized share capital of ₦200million, the company is led by a board of directors comprised of tested and experienced professionals of high ethical standards. Each member of the board was carefully elected to ensure, that they bring diversity and added value to the strategic direction of the company. The primary focus of the company is to drive a very professional microinsurance institution and deepen insurance penetration in Nigeria. The parent company, CHI Plc is reputed for professional insurance practice and this is being brought to bear on the management of CHI Microinsurance Limited.
