Mr. Efekoha is the MD/CEO of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, the parent Company of CHI Micro Insurance Limited. He is also the Chairman, Grand Treasurers Ltd, a finance company licensed by the CBN and a subsidiary company within th e Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc Group. He is the current President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and the immediate past Chairman of the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA). At the continental level, he is a member, Book Review Committee of the African Insurance Organisation. He worked previously with leading insurance brokerage firms including Hogg Robinson Nigeria, Glanvill Enthoven & Co. and Fountain Insurance Brokers from 1985 to 2003 during which period he held top executive positions. He holds a B.Sc degree in Insurance and MBA both from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institutes of London and Nigeria. He is an alumnus of both the Lagos and Harvard Business Schools and would be valuable to the success of CHI Micro Insurance Limited.

She is a graduate of Banking & Finance from Abia State University. She worked as a banker for many years and currently manages Zopon Nigeria Ltd, a general merchant company engaged in the import, export and supply of goods and services as well as in the downstream oil & gas distribution. She is also a Director in the following companies: Transglobe Securities Nigeria Ltd, Zopon Nigeria Ltd, Binez Hotel Ltd and Abia State Hotels Ltd. Mrs. Nkem is married with children.

Mrs. Mary Adeyanju, possesses a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University as well as a B.A (Theatre Arts) and Diploma in Insurance from University of Jos and Ahmadu Bello University respectively. A Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Mrs. Adeyanju has over two decades of varied experience in the Insurance industry, having commenced her career in Boof Africa Insurance Brokers. She later held top management positions in Carrier Insurance Brokers, First Chartered Insurance Company and Later Consolidated Risks Insurers. Mrs. Adeyanju is the Executive Director, Operations of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc with oversight for Marketing and Technical operations of the Company. She is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School.

Mr. Obaro Osah possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Lagos and is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Mr. Osah had in the past worked with the United Bank for Africa Plc as Business Manager and as Acting Regional Director. He is presently the Regional Manager, South East, Bank of Industry.
