Segun Aboderin is a highly skilled and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with over 14 years of extensive experience in the field of technology development and strategic planning. He has shown an unwavering commitment to establishing and leading the technical vision of companies, placing them at the forefront of their respective industries. Segun holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the prestigious University of Ado Ekiti and a Masters in Information Technology from the University of Lagos. His solid academic background in both physical and digital realms has been instrumental in his ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement technology-driven solutions for a variety of businesses. Currently, Segun is enhancing his business leadership skills by pursuing an MBA from Nexford University. This pursuit highlights his commitment to continual personal and professional growth, as well as his understanding of the importance of business acumen in technological leadership roles. At the helm of the company’s technological direction, Segun plays a critical role in guiding its strategic direction, future growth, and overall market competitiveness. He leverages his deep understanding of technology, coupled with his strong strategic planning abilities, to ensure the company's growth trajectory aligns with the latest technological advancements. Beyond simply establishing the company's technical vision, Segun leads the development and execution of innovative tech solutions. Douglas is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and has an HND in Accounting from the Lagos State Polytechnic. He comes with loads of experience in leadership having distinguished himself in previous roles both in Retail and Direct Marketing Operations until his recent appointment as the Managing Director/CEO of CHI Micro Insurance Ltd, a subsidiary of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc. Douglas has attended several trainings in marketing, retail and micro insurance management.
